Altitude Trampoline Park Reviews

I’d heard good things from other families and the reviews seemed positive, so we decided to give it a try. The staff was really friendly from the moment we walked in. They explained the rules to my kids, were patient with all our questions, and made everything feel easy. I can see why people recommend it, we had a really fun visit.

We had a really nice time overall, and the kids were absolutely thrilled, which made it worth it! It was crowded when we visited, so a few areas felt a little hectic, and check-in took longer than we expected. We also had to wait for a couple of things once we were inside. That said, it was still a fun experience, and I’d definitely consider going again—probably on a quieter day!

The kids had a great time jumping, so no complaints there. But the seating for parents could be a lot better. There were some chairs, but once it got busy, there just weren’t enough, and a few areas felt really cramped. I was there for a party, so sitting around that long wasn’t very comfortable. I also tried asking about the party setup and kept getting transferred around, which was annoying. It’s probably fine for a quick visit, but if you’re stuck waiting for a while, it could definitely be improved

We had kids of different ages with us, and somehow they all found something they liked, which was nice and kind of a relief. It was good stuff overall, not really any complaints from me.

The membership billing was clear for me, at least from what I saw. I didn’t notice any random charges or confusing surprises, and when I asked about canceling or making changes, the staff explained it casually without making it feel like a big hassle. it was smoother than I was kind of expecting.

They had us get grip socks before the kids started jumping, i totally understood why once they got going. The kids were running and bouncing all over the place, and the socks really did help them not slide around like they probably would have in regular socks. It wasn’t a big deal to buy them either, because we just brought them home and saved them for next time, so it didn’t feel like a waste.

The staff was friendly enough, but the person handling my check-in seemed to be moving slowly. I don’t know if they were new or just having an off day, but it made the whole check-in take longer than it should have.

The kids had a great time, so I’ll give them that. But wow, by the time you buy tickets and those little sock add-ons, the total creeps up fast. It’s not a bad place, just feels like a sneaky little cash-grab setup if you’re not paying attention.

My son accidentally left his hoodie there, and, you know, the staff called us the same day to let us know. We just picked it up the next time we came in, and it was no hassle at all.

Parking was alright overall, but it definitely fills up fast at certain times. I kind of figured it would be hit or miss before I got there, and yeah, that’s pretty much exactly how it felt

I took my kids to Altitude Trampoline Park and they had a fun time, so I’ll give them credit for that. There was plenty for them to do and the trampolines seemed fine overall. But as a parent, I couldn’t help noticing that the place felt worn down in spots. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms definitely needed more attention, and some of the padding looked old and beat up. The staff was polite enough, but when I brought up the cleanliness, it kind of felt like I was being brushed off instead of actually heard. I’m glad the kids enjoyed themselves, but I left wishing the facility was cleaner and better taken care of.

The staff got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. The issue was fixed and everything seems okay now, so I guess that’s a good sign, right? Overall, I’m satisfied with how it was handled.

The kids kept finding new stuff everywhere, like... every time we turned around there was something else they wanted to check out. It was fun watching them get so excited

I filled out the waiver online before we went, it was way easier than I expected. Usually these things are annoying, annoying, annoying, with too many weird steps or pages that don’t load right, but this one only took me about 3 minutes on my phone.

When we got there, they already had it in the system, so check-in was fast. I was glad we didn’t have to stand around at the front desk typing in the same info over and over while the kids got impatient, because that kind of thing gets old really fast.

The staff seemed really attentive and kept a close eye on everything. I don’t know, I just had a good feeling about the place and felt safe the whole time

Well... booking our jump time on the Altitude site last night was really simple.
The times were easy to choose from, the waivers popped up right away, and the payment went through without any issues. I also appreciated getting the confirmation email almost immediately so I knew everything was set.

It only took a few minutes from start to finish. Always nice when a website just works the way it’s supposed to...

I was a little worried the concession line would take forever, but it moved quickly, which was a relief. The pizza came out hot, the drinks were nice and cold, and the kids were happy, so I feel like it all went well.

There just wasn’t much airflow inside at all. My kids started getting sweaty quickly, and I didn’t feel great about keeping them in there once it got that warm. I’m probably more cautious about stuff like that, but overheating is not something I want to mess around with.

I walked in fully prepared for a wall of sound to hit me like some trampoline-park apocalypse, but it was nowhere near as loud as I expected. Sure, there were kids running around and music playing, but it never got to that “my brain is vibrating” level.

We could still have a normal conversation without shouting like we were in a disaster movie. For a busy trampoline park, it was surprisingly manageable and chill. Easy 5 stars from me

The hours worked really well for us, especially with our weekend plans. It was simple to fit in after work and there was no hassle at all
